Transforming your professional journey with intention & joy

We all have limiting patterns. We can’t always see them, but they shape our paths in ways we haven’t chosen.

Coaching can be a powerful tool to connect your thoughts, emotions, and physical practices to discover the patterns that shape your reality.

If:

  • You feel stuck in your current role and want to find more joy in your work

  • You want to elevate your job performance or leadership potential

  • You want to uncover a deeper purpose and greater well-being

I can help you become aware of those limiting patterns. With this new awareness and your own inner wisdom, you can move forward with intention.

Let’s help you choose what best serves you to move forward.

Let's work together

My Approach

As a coach, my mission is to create a space for you to tap into your inner wisdom and offer tools to guide your journey.

Holistic

In all your roles (leader, parent, business owner, athlete, adventurer, gamer, or sibling) you bring your whole self to the table. In our work together we will weave all aspects of who you are into our coaching conversations.

Attentive

My commitment to deep listening means I truly see you. I create a safe space where you can express yourself — versus positioning yourself — allowing for genuine connection and understanding.

Intentional

You are in the driver’s seat of this journey. Your topics take priority, and your aspirations become our shared goals. You decide how you want to bring your new insights into your life. As we work together, you’ll develop an expanded sense of choice in navigating even the most challenging situations.

FAQ

  • Coaching is a dynamic and inspiring process designed to help you unlock and maximize your personal and professional potential. It provides a valuable pause for self-observation, reflection, inquiry, and learning, empowering you to transform your insights into meaningful action and new realities. Unlike advice-giving, consulting, or therapy, coaching focuses on fostering your growth and guiding you towards your chosen path.

  • Working with a coach can be especially beneficial during major life transitions, as these moments often present valuable opportunities for growth. Consider partnering with a coach if you identify with any of the following:

    • You seek deeper and more meaningful connections with those around you.

    • You want to accelerate your results in a specific area of your life, such as business, health, or relationships.

    • You aspire to enhance your overall well-being but are unsure of how to achieve it.

    • You find yourself stuck in a familiar pattern, repeating the same actions without seeing different outcomes.

    • You feel a stirring or calling within that needs your attention, but you’re uncertain how to pursue it.

    • You’re facing challenges or setbacks in your life that leave you feeling ill-equipped to navigate.

    • You often wonder if there’s more to life than what you’re currently experiencing.

I have found that my most successful clients typically have a decade or more of experience in various fields and are encountering developmental challenges in family, career, leadership, communication, or relationships.

  • Our journey together begins with a conversation focused on your goals and my coaching methodology, ensuring that we are a great match. Once aligned, we will establish a schedule for our coaching calls designed to help you achieve your objectives, with the assurance that I am also available for support in between our sessions.

During our coaching calls, we will delve into the patterns you currently exhibit and how they impact the results you are experiencing. You will decide how to shift these patterns to create different outcomes, and we will co-create “homework” tailored for you to practice before our next meeting, reinforcing your progress and insights.

  • Your role in our coaching engagement is to come prepared with a clear understanding of your overarching goals. These goals and priorities will shape our agenda and guide our conversations. You will be responsible for your own growth and learning, fully committing to the practices we develop together, and bringing your authentic self to each session.

As with any personal development journey, there may be moments of discomfort or challenges along the way, but rest assured, these experiences are an integral part of the process and are always worthwhile!

  • No, coaching is not the same as therapy or counseling. Coaches undergo training from specialized schools or organizations and often pursue credentialing from the International Coach Federation (ICF). In contrast, therapists and counselors follow a different educational trajectory and are required to be licensed in specific states or countries.

A helpful distinction to remember is that therapy generally focuses on addressing past issues, while coaching is oriented towards future goals and aspirations. Although coaching is not therapy, it can certainly have therapeutic benefits!

  • To prepare for a coaching session, start by reflecting on your goals and any challenges you're facing. Write down specific topics or questions you want to discuss. Arrive with an open mind, ready to engage and explore your insights, and be prepared to take notes on key takeaways and action steps. This preparation helps maximize the value of your session!

  • I am trained in ontological coaching. Ontological coaching is a transformative approach that focuses on the way individuals perceive themselves and their relationships with others. It emphasizes the exploration of one's beliefs, emotions, and language, enabling clients to gain insight into their patterns of behavior and identity. By fostering self-awareness and intentionality, ontological coaching empowers individuals to create meaningful changes in their lives and achieve their personal and professional goals.
